•Returns must be within 1-2 Business Day  from when the package is delivered.

•All items returned without a copy of the sales invoice will be discarded. No credits will be applied.

•Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for non-damaged items.

•Returns must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) regular mail. 

•For faster processing of your return, please provide the items with their original packaging and correct item number(s).

•Items that come in sets (such as a necklace and earring set) must be returned in full to receive credit.

•FINAL SALE on all caps, leggings, socks and hosiery due to hygienic reasons.

No exchanges on merchandise. A full refund will be given, if merchandise is shipped within the 1-2 Business Day range

Select merchandise is shipped via Standard Shipping (USPS) free of charge.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive merchandise.
